ORDINANCE NO. /03tj AN O RDINANCE FOR VACATION OF ALLEYS IN BLOCK ONE AND BLOCK FOOR OF EASTLAND ACRES AOOITION TO THE CITY OF IDSOOW BETWEEN CLEVELAND AND ROOSEVELT STREET IN THE CITY OF WOSOOW, COONTY OF LATAH, STATE OF IDAHO, AND PROVIDING THAT THE ALLEYS SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY SECTION 5C>-1124 OF THE IDAHO COOE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS OIDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND OF THE CITY OF M'JSJOW, IDAHOs Section 1. That a twenty (20) foot alley in Block One of Eastland Acres Addition to the City of Moscow, County of Latah, State of Idaho, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, and more particularly described as follows, to wit& Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot One in Block One of said Eastland Acres Addition and running thence North a distance of seventy-five and eighty-five hundredths (75.85) feet to the northeast corner of said Lot One thence South eighty-nine degrees (89°) thirty-three minutes (33') East a distance of twenty (20) feet to the northwest corner of Lot Two in said Block One thence South a distance of seventy-five and sixty-nine hundredths (75.69) feet to the southwest corner of said Lot Two thence West a distance of twenty (20) feet to the point of beginning, be, and the same is, hereby vacated. That a twenty (20) foot alley in Block Four of Eastland Acres Addition to the City of Moscow, County of Latah, State of Idaho, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, and more particularly described as follows, to witt Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot One in Block Four of said Eastland Acres Addition and running thence South a distance of two hundred forty-eight and seventeen hundredths (248.17) feet to the southeast corner of Lot Three in said Block Four thence South eighty-nine degrees (89°) thirty-four minutes (34t) East a distance of twenty (20) feet to the southwest corner of Lot Eight in said Block Four thence North two hundred forty-eight and thirty-two hundredths (248.32) feet to the northwest corner of Lot Ten (10) in said Block Four thence West a distance of twenty (20) feet to the point of beginning. And also, beginning at the northeast corner of Lot Five in said Block Four and running thence South a distance of one hundred forty-five and forty-seven hundredths (145.47) feet to the southeast corner of Lot Six in said Block Four thence East twenty (20) feet to the southwest corner of Lot Seven in said Block Four thence North a distance of one hundred forty five and forty-seven hundredths (145.47) feet to the northwest corner of said Lot Seven thence North eighty-nine degrees (89°) thirty four minutes (341) West a distance of twenty (20) feet to the point of beginning, be, and the same is, hereby vacated. Section 2. That the street so vacated shall revert to the owners of the adjacent real property, as provided by Section 5C>-1124 of the Idaho Code. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and ---PAGE BREAK--- after the date of its passage, approval and publication.
