RESOLUTION NO. 2004 - II A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, TO SCHEDULE THE FEE FOR SERVICES PROVIDED AND REGULARLY CHARGED VENDORS AS SPECIFIED BY CITY CODE AND AS SET FORTH IN RESOLUTION 2003-08; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF ALL FEES. WHEREAS, City Council deems it advisable to adopt fees related to registration and licensure of vendors; and WHEREAS, Council deems it appropriate and necessary to cover the costs associated with the administration of registration and licensure of vendors; and WHEREAS, Council has determined that the fees included in this Resolution are appropriate and are reasonably related to the purpose for which such fees are charged; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moseow, Idaho as follows: I. Except for non-profit and charitable organizations, the fee for Registration and Licensure of a Vendor shall be assessed at $50.00 annually: 2. That the fee set torth herein be in force and effect in all matters relating to the fee from and after the 3' d day of May, 2004. 3. That any Resolution or provision thereof which is inconsistent with this Resolution is hereby repealed. ADOPTED by the Council and APPROVED by the Ma Resolution 2004-!
