356987 ORDINANCE NO. 86-3 2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 84-11 OF THE C ITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO, ESTAB L ISHING AND DECLAR ING IN TH IS ORDINANCE THE BOUNDAR IES AND CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE C ITY OF MOSCOW, LATAH COUNTY, IDAHO, IN ACCORDANCE W ITH THE PROV IS IONS OF THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF IDAHO RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BOUNDAR I ES AND THE ANNEXAT ION OF ADJACENT AND CONT IGUOUS TERR ITORY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ANY OTHER ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH; PROVIDING A SEVERANCE AND SAVINGS CLAUSE: AND FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO: SECT ION 1: The City of Moscow, Latah County, Idaho, shall embrace, include and contain within its corporate limits all the territory embraced, included and encompassed within the lines and boundaries as this Ordinance bounded and described.
