RESOLUTION NO. 90- 10 WHEREAS, it is required by the Federal Highway Administration thru the Idaho Department of Transportation that for any street within the city limits to be eligible for Federal construction aid monies, that street shall be denoted and classified on a map designated the Functional Classification System for the City of Moscow. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL that Street from the east city limits to Orchard Avenue and Peterson Drive from Street to State Highway 8 both be classified as collectors and added to the existing Functional Classification Systems for the City of Moscow map. PASSED by the Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 1st day of October, 1990. ATTEST:
