GIFT DEED OF DEDICATION Godfrey Family Limited Partnership, an Idaho Limited Partnership, Grantor, whose current address is 415 South Almon Street, Moscow, Idaho 83843, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledges, does hereby gift, convey and dedicate for public use and right-of-way, the following described real property, situated in the County of Latah, State ofldaho, to-wit: A portion of a platted 80 foot wide public right-of-way located within the Plat of Section 16, Township 39 North, Range 5 West, Boise Meridian, Latah County;, Idaho, said plat recorded in Plat Book 2, page 36 on file with the recorder's office of said Latah County, said platted portion being previously vacated as documented by O.A.R.E. Book 21, page 372 on file with said recorder's office, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 26 of said plat, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence east 40 feet, along the south boundary of said lot 26 extended, to the centerline of a platted 80 foot wide right-of-way running north and south; thence south 40 feet, along said centerline to the centerline of a platted 80 foot wide right-of-way running east and west; thence wets 40 feet along said east-west centerline; thence north 40 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 26 and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
