RESOLUTION NO. 2002-IS A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF SEMIPERMANENT RECORDS RELATED TO LICENSE APPLICATIONS FOR DAY CARE WORKERS AND DAY CARE FACILITIES; PROVIDING THAT THIS RESOLUTION BE IN EFFECT UPON ITS PASSAGE. WHEREAS, the City Council deems that the following records of the City of Moscow are semipermanent records and are only required to be kept for five years after date of issuance or completion of the matter contained within the record: License applications and accompanying documents tor day care workers License applications and accompanying documents for day care facilities NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moscow, that authorization is hereby granted for the City Clerk to destroy the following records: License applications for day care workers, license applications for day care facilities, and all documents related thereto issued or completed on or before December I, 1997. PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 2nd day of December, 2007. Resolution 2002-18
