RESOLUTION NO. 2014-01 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF REVISED FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED AND REGULARLY CHARGED AS SPECIFIED BY CITY CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF ALL FEES. WHEREAS, City Council deems it advisable to adopt existing fees set by earlier ordinances and resolutions in one general fee resolution; and WHEREAS, Council has determined that the revised fees included in this Resolution are appropriate and are reasonably related to the purpose for which such fees are charged. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Mosc9w as follows: 1. That the fees set forth in Exhibit attached hereto and made a part hereof, be in force and effect in all matters relating to fees from and after the 1st day of October 2013. 2. That this Resolution amends Resolution 2013-12. 3. That any Resolution or provision thereof which is inconsistent with this Resolution is hereby repealed. Because the financial impact of multifamily begins to negatively affect the financial equity found in the mixed use classification with apartments in excess of I 0 apartments, it is necessary to have two rates for mixed use customers. 1 . Those commercial buildings with mixed sewer use in excess of 10 or more apartments; the sewer rate shall be calculated based upon the first unit of $95.35 and each additional unit (dwelling unit or commercial unit) will be $20.48 per unit plus a consumption charge of $1.85 per 100 cubic feet of water without consideration of winter or summer usage. 2.
