1912 CENTER LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO AND FRIENDLY NEIGHBORS SENIOR CITIZENS CLUB I THIS AG REEMENT is made this . day of tJ():vfRJ; , 2006, between the City of Moscow, a municipal corporation o the State of Idaho (hereinafter "Lessor"), and the Friendly Neighbors Senior Citizens Club (hereinafter "Lessee"), to-wit: WHEREAS, Lessor values its continuing relationship with Lessee; and WHEREAS, Lessor wishes to assure Lessee that, for a period of not more than twelve months from the date of the execution of this Agreement, Lessor does not desire to increase the per monfh fee paid by Lessee for use of Lessee's facilities; and WHEREAS, in the meantime, Lessor and Lessee wish to continue the Lease terms in a manner which will not disrupt Lessee's current use of Lessor's facilities. NOW, WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Lessor hereby agrees to lease to Lessee certain areas within the Moscow Community Center located in the 1912 Center at 410 East Third Street in Moscow, Idaho, subject to the following covenants, reservations, and conditions: I. TERM. This lease shall be effective for a period of twelve (12) months commencing on October 1, 2006, and terminating on September 30, 2007. 2. LEASED PREMISES. Lessee shall have the full use of the following premises two days per week, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. for the period of this Agreement. A. Main Meeting Room on the ground floor; B. Kitchen Area on the ground floor; C. Senior Center on first floor (not including office space) 3. RENT. The Lessee hereby agrees to pay rent to the City as follows: A. Two Hundred Dollars ($200) per month for use of the kitchen area, meeting room, and office space. B. Rent shall be due and payable on or before the I Oth day of each month. 4. TERMINATION.
