Also proposed for removal is the Workforce Housing Ordinance. ACTION – Approved Unanimously Petition from Morgan County regarding reorganization of the Morgan County Zoning Ordinance. ACTION – Approved Unanimously Petition from Morgan County regarding Article 3 Definitions in the Morgan County Zoning Ordinance. ACTION – Approved Unanimously with the removal of the definition of Slaughterhouse, Agricultural and Slaughterhouse, Commercial. Petition from Morgan County regarding the General Requirements ---PAGE BREAK--- article in the Morgan County Zoning Ordinance. ACTION – Approved Unanimously Petition from Morgan County regarding the Regulations for Zoning Districts article in the Morgan County Zoning Ordinance.
