MORGAN COUNTY COMMISSION AGENDA August 7, 2012 10:00 A.M. 150 East Washington Street Officials attending: Chairman Warren, Vice-Chairman Ainslie, Comms. Bohlen, Harris, Milton, County Manager Michael Lamar, County Attorney Christian Henry, and County Clerk Jane Laseter. Commissioner Milton chose not to vote on any items during this meeting due to this being his first meeting after being sworn in the day before. I. Invocation - Commissioner Ainslie II. Motion to accept and approve the proposal from Tusa Consulting Services in the amount of $33,603.75 for Radio System Consulting Services. 2. Motion to approve the FY13 Inmate Work Detail Agreement between Morgan County and Department of Corrections, Hancock State Prison with an annual cost of $39,500.00. 3. Motion to approve the 2013 Morgan County L.M.I.G. Request as presented. 4. Motion to approve June 21, 2012 thru July 31, 2012 payables including General Fund in the amount of $964,460.01, E911/Communications in the amount of $3,134.52, Morgan County Solid Waste in the amount of $21,949.60 and SPLOST in the amount of $2,260,848.68. 5. Motion to accept the June 2012 Staff Reports as presented at the July 17, 2012 Work Session.
