See attached sheet to determine correct amount. • A copy of recommendation or approval from Georgia Department of Transportation. If the proposed subdivision includes or abuts a US or state numbered highway, unless all of the lots in the subdivision contain 5 acres or more and no new street is involved, review by the Georgia Department of Transportation is required. • Traffic Impact Study, as specified by Article 25, Morgan County Zoning Ordinance. • Three copies of a Hydrology Study, as specified by Section 3.14.2 of the Morgan County Development Regulations. • Lighting Plan, as specified by Article 22, Morgan County Zoning Ordinance. • Landscape Plan, as specified by Article 19, Morgan County Zoning Ordinance. • Tree protection Plan, as specified by Article 20, Morgan County Zoning Ordinance. • Three copies of Development Plans, to include the following. Please note that approvals may be required by additional agencies prior to issuance of a Land Disturbance Permit. Additional agencies may be, but are not limited to: City of Madison, Morgan County Health Department, Fire Marshal, NRCS, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Georgia Power/FERC and the Department of Natural Resources. Check with Planning and Development staff to determine applicability. Please note that a review by, and approval from, the Morgan County Health Department will be required for septic tanks.
