See attached sheet to determine correct amount. • A copy of recommendation or approval from Georgia Department of Transportation. If the proposed subdivision includes or abuts a US or state numbered highway, unless all of the lots in the subdivision contain 5 acres or more and no new street is involved, review by the Georgia Department of Transportation is required. • Traffic Impact Study, as specified by Article 25, Morgan County Zoning Ordinance. • Three copies of a Hydrology Study, as specified by Section 3.14.2 of the Morgan County Development Regulations. • Lighting Plan, as specified by Article 22, Morgan County Zoning Ordinance. • Landscape Plan, as specified by Article 19, Morgan County Zoning Ordinance. • Tree protection Plan, as specified by Article 20, Morgan County Zoning Ordinance. • Three copies of Development Plans, to include the following.
