None II. New Business: 1. Georgia Food Service Contract for FY 2013-14 Senior Center Catered Meals ACTION – Approved Unanimously III. Executive Session: 1. Pending or Potential Litigation ACTION – Approved Unanimously entering executive session for pending or potential litigation Added to Agenda: Local Option Sales Tax Certificate of Distribution ACTION – Approved Unanimously Certificate of Distribution of LOST to the State Revenue Commissioner with distribution of LOST proceeds staying at the current allocation and City and County to enter into good faith negotiations to determine the future percentage allocation of LOST.
