Motion to approve the Intergovernmental Agreement – Ground Lease for Administrative Offices of the Uncle Remus Regional Library System for the lease of the land on which the building is constructed and to authorize Chairman Warren to sign. 2. Motion to reappoint Sarah McHugh, Elzata Brown, Ona Nunn, Carol Cross and Gail Wade to the Resource Preservation Advisory Board with terms from October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2015. 3. Motion to approve the change of Sanitation Department part-time packer position to full-time packer position. 4. Motion to approve the quote from Reynolds-Warren Equipment Company, Inc. in the amount of $90,541.85 for a side arm mower. 5. Motion to approve the August 1, 2012 thru August 31, 2012 payables including General Fund in the amount of $531,692.03 represented by check #94440 thru check #95015 and SPLOST in the amount of $42,236.50 represented by check #1393 thru check #1413. 6.
