TOWN OF MONUMENT WATER REBATE PROGRAM 1/1/20 – 12/31/20 WaterSense Toilets and Irrigation Controllers Program Rules and Qualifications:  Town of Monument water customers only.  Town of Monument customer account must be current. If account is past due, application will be denied.  Qualification checklist must be completed to receive rebate.  Receipt must be submitted with application.  Rebate will be denied if application is incomplete and/or receipt is not included.  New product purchase between 1/1/20 -12/31/20.  Total of all rebates per account is limited to $150.00. o Rebate of $50.00 for a WaterSense toilet – one per account. o Rebate of $100.00 for a WaterSense certified smart irrigation controller – one per account. o Rebate of $50.00/barrel for rain collection barrels – max two barrels per account. WaterSense Realized water savings on a national level. 20% more efficient than average products. Conforms to specifications, efficiency, and performance. Benefits the entire community.  Rebate cannot exceed the purchase price.  Rebates are offered on a first come, first served basis and subject to the availability of funds.  Rebate will be credited to your water account.  Rain Barrel, Toilet and/or irrigation controller must be installed at the Town of Monument service address.  Town of Monument reserves the right to verify installation of rebate item. If item was not installed, rebate will be denied.  All requirements of this program are subject to change at any time.
