Find address on El Paso County Assessor’s website m/co/elpaso/#/ If Monument is the taxing entity, you are in the Town. Depending on the type of permit- Go to T.O.M website or Pikes Peak Regional Building (PPRB) COMMERCIAL Land Use permits New Build- (New construction) Alteration- (Interior/exterior Remodel) ALL OTHER CONSTRUCTION/ ENGINEERING permits No permit needed from T.O.M. Call PPRB at [PHONE REDACTED] Tree Removal or Fence What kind of permit do you need? Land Development- (Drainage, paving , curb, sidewalk, Landscape) Right of Way or Dust or Demolition Does your contractor have a T.O.M Business License? Business license application must be completed & provided to Town Hall Save your selected Excel permit application form onto your computer. Enter all required information and save. Scan all other required documents, as per each permit’s instructions, & include with your permit application Email completed Excel permit application form, along with the PDF documents to [EMAIL REDACTED] Allow 3-5 business days for review. You will be contacted for any additional information or documents needed. Once approved, you will be alerted that payment is due. Currently you must come to Town Hall to sign and pay for permit. RESIDENTIAL Land Use permits Res. New Build- (New construction) Res. Alteration- (Deck, Interior/exterior Remodel) Go to the PPRB website to apply for permit in conjunction with Monument.
