Research and retrieval fees apply to any request that requires more than one hour of staffing time for research and retrieval. If a request takes more than one hour to complete, the Town will charge $33.58 per hour of each additional hours spent. Manipulation Manipulation fees shall be charged at the actual cost of manipulation redaction costs, reformatting costs). Transmittal The cost for transmitting records (other than by electronic mail) will be charged at the actual cost of delivery. Non-Standard Copy All non-standard copies shall be charged at the actual cost of production. The charges for non-standard copies provided herein are an estimate. Note 2: A Maintenance of Traffic Plan is required for any work done within a Town right-of-way. The plan must be submitted by a person or entity qualified to prepare such a plan. Work within the right-of-way may not commence until the plan and the installation are approved by the Town. For any activity not in a listed category including but not limited to investigation fees, fee(s) due and payable pursuant to Chapter 17.09 of the Monument Municipal Code will be assessed at an hourly rate of $50.
