Find address on El Paso County Assessor’s website m/co/elpaso/#/ If Monument is the taxing entity, you are in the Town. Depending on the type of permit- Go to T.O.M permitting website CASCADE- and/or Pikes Peak Regional Building (PPRB) COMMERCIAL Monument Construction permits New Build- (New construction) Alteration- (Interior/exterior Remodel) ALL OTHER CONSTRUCTION/ ENGINEERING permits No permit needed from T.O.M. go to or call [PHONE REDACTED] Tree Removal or Fence What kind of permit do you need? Land Development- (Drainage, paving , curb, sidewalk, Landscape) Misc.- Right of Way or Dust or Demolition Does your contractor have a T.O.M Business License?
