This is a program managed by our Parks and Open Spaces Department. There are a variety of ways to memorialize an individual. Each public space has unique needs and limitations, and communication with Parks Department staff will be vital to ensure your memorial piece will be cared for and enjoyed by the public for many years to come. Below are the options currently available to memorialize an individual’s life or service. Not every option will be available in every public space. If there is a park or open space that you are particularly interested in placing a memorial item, Parks Department staff can identify which items are offered for that site.
