How to First, you must log in to your ePay account using your original primary eMail address. Click, My Profile > scroll down to eMail addresses section Hover over the pencil icon > enter new email address > Confirm new email address A message will appear: “An email will be sent to the address entered with validation instructions.” You will then receive an email from the City of Modesto to validate your new email address. After clicking the link found in your email you will be directed to the ePay Center with a message stating your eMail has been enabled and to log in. Click, on Log in > enter your new email address and original password. You are now logged into ePay.
