CHAPTER 8: ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES WOODGLEN SPECIFIC PLAN 8-1 8 Environmental Resources 8.1 Environmental Restrictions The Developer is placing one environmental restriction upon Woodglen housing design: No wood-burning fireplaces or stoves will be allowed. 8.2 Environmental Review An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) has been prepared for the Woodglen Specific Plan, pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and State CEQA Guidelines. The purpose of the EIR is to determine the potential significant environmental impacts of the proposed project and identify any feasible mitigation measures that are available to offset those impacts.
