Action Required: Consider a request to approve the final plat for Pleasant View Homes #5 Subdivision, Phase 2. Recommended Motion: THAT the final plat for Pleasant View Homes #5 Subdivision Phase 2 be APPROVED. Timeline: Council Action: May 24, 2010 (Consent Agenda) PAZ Committee Discussion: NA Final Plat Submittal Deadline: August 27, 2015 Background: At its regularly scheduled meeting of August 27, 2007, the Missoula City Council approved the Pleasant View Homes #5 Subdivision, subject to twenty-one (21) conditions of approval. On May 5, 2008, the Missoula City Council approved revised conditions for this subdivision (Attachment A) and a revised phasing plan (Attachment The amended phasing plan proposed a final plat submittal deadline of August 27, 2013 for Phase 1 of the subdivision, August 27, 2015 for Phase 2, and August 27, 2017 for Phase 3. Phase 2 of the Pleasant View Homes #5 Subdivision has been submitted for approval. All conditions of approval have been satisfied and all agencies have signed off.
