Timeline: Referral to committee: May 24, 2010 Committee discussion: May 26, 2010 Background and Alternatives Explored: In summer 2009, Public Works striped Spruce Street for back-in angle parking from Pattee Street to Madison Street. The parking was proposed as experimental, with an update and reevaluation to be performed before the street is repainted in 2010.
