Set a public hearing for June 7, 2010, for the rezoning request of property located at 2010 North Avenue from RM2.7 (residential multi-dwelling) to C2-4 (Community Commercial – Intensity Designator = The property is legally described as Lots 25 and 26 Block 1 of Car Line Addition No. 2 and Lot 12 Block 12 of South Side Addition, located in Section 29 of Township 13 North, Range 29 West, P.M.M. 2. Refer the 2012 North Avenue rezoning to the June 2, 2010 PAZ Committee meeting as a pre- public hearing informational item. Planning Board Recommendations: TBD. 1. THAT the request to rezone property legally described as Lots 25 and 26 Block 1 of Car Line Addition No. 2 and Lot 12 Block 12 of South Side Addition, located in Section 29 of Township 13 North, Range 29 West (see Map P.M.M. from RM2.7 (residential multi-dwelling) to C2-4 (Community Commercial – Intensity Designator = be denied based on the findings of fact in the staff report. Mars Scott and Associates to rezone property located at 2012 North Avenue from RM2.7 (residential multi-dwelling) to C2-4 (Community Commercial – Intensity Designator = The applicant requests the rezone in order to allow for limited commercial auto repair and similar uses.
