City of Missoula, Montana Item to be Referred to City Council Committee Committee: Plat, Annexation & Zoning Item: Council Appointments to the Design Review Board Date: November 6, 2009 Prepared by: Kelly Elam Initiated by: Action Required: Conduct interviews and appoint members to the Design Review Board. Recommended Motion: I move the City Council appoint the following people to the Design Review board for the term commencing January 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2012: (graphic artist), (practicing architect), large), (knowledge and Interest), and _________(alternate). Timeline: Referral to committee: November 9, 2009 Committee discussion: December 9, 2009 Deadline: December 31, 2009 Background: There are five positions open on the Design Review Board—graphic artist, practicing architect, at large, knowledge & interest and alternate. Applications close on November 16th. When the application deadline expires at November 16, 2009, the City Clerk Office will schedule interviews. Terms for these positions are one to three years. Applicants must be Missoula County residents. Tracy O'Reilly and Dennis Greeno did not reapply.
