Background and Alternatives Explored: The city's website has undergone significant changes over this past year. It would be beneficial to take 10 – 15 minutes to go through what financial reports are on the city's website. They are much easier to locate and review compared to our old website. The website will be brought up on the screen in the council chambers and will be reviewed with council by the city Finance office staff. Financial Implications: Better communication about city finances with the council and public is the goal here. Attachments:
