APPENDIXC Special State Projects 2009-2010 (FY 10) Russell Street from North Avenue through Longstaff: Mill 12' wide along curb, 2" deep with cross milling at intersections. Fill severe ruts with asphalt and pave full width 2"_4" thick overlay with grade D asphalt. This agreement does not include epoxy painting traffic markings and is MDT's responsibility.
