CONSULTANT SERVICES RFP ADVERTISEMENT The City of Missoula has received approval from the Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) to develop a federal-aid Community Transportation Enhancement Program (CTEP) project titled North Higgins Bike/Ped-MSLA. The City of Missoula is requesting proposals and statements of qualifications for engineering services to assist the Missoula Engineering Division in the design and oversight of construction of the streetscape modifications to enhance pedestrian and bicycle accommodations on Higgins Avenue from Railroad Street to Broadway in compliance with all applicable requirements under the MDT CTEP. Copies of the detailed request for Request for Proposals (RFP), including a description of the services to be provided by respondents, the minimum content of responses, and the factors to be used to evaluate the responses, can be obtained by visiting www.ci.missoula.mt.us/bids.aspx or by contacting Doug Harby, Engineering Division, 435 Ryman, Missoula, Montana 59801,(406)-552-6091.
