Recommended Motion: The committee recommends the City Council approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 4 to the City agreement with Morrison-Maierle, Inc. in the amount of $301,151 for engineering services on the SID 544 - Rattlesnake Neighborhood Sewer Collection System project. Timeline: Referral to committee: August 26, 2009 Committee discussion: September 9, 2009 Background and Alternatives Explored: This amendment to the engineering services agreement is warranted for engineering and construction services required to complete the design and construction of SID 544.
