Specifically, this is an opportunity to discuss train engine exhaust emissions that result from idling trains. Many constituents who reside near the rail yard are concerned about diesel exhaust, and this meeting will provide an opportunity to hear from MRL on the topic and explore opportunities to mitigate any adverse effects from train engine exhaust.
