Timeline: Referral to committee: 8/16/10 Committee discussion: 8/18/10 Background and Alternatives Explored: This second amendment will amend the March 1, 2010 amendment between the City of Missoula and Lloyd A. Twite Family Partnership and the original September 15, 2008 agreement between the City of Missoula, and Maloney Properties, LLC related to Sanitary Sewer Extension and Upsizing for the South Missoula Area. Financial Implications: The City desires to spend $34,178.00 for partial construction of the Linda Vista Boulevard Interceptor. This money will be spent out of the Wastewater Replacement and Depreciation account.
