THAT the request to amend the phasing plan for Hauser Addition Subdivision as shown on the phasing plan dated September 2009, be APPROVED. Timeline: City Council’s Referral to committee: October 19, 2009 PAZ Committee Action: October 21, 2009 Action Item City Council Action: October 26, 2009 (Consent Agenda or Committee Reports) Deadline: None Background: Jan Hauser, represented by Jonathan Gass, WGM Group, Inc., is requesting to amend the phasing plan for the Hauser Addition Subdivision (Attachments A & The subdivision was approved by the Missoula City Council at its meeting of August 7, 2006 subject to twelve (12) conditions of approval (Attachment On January 28, 2008, the Missoula City Council approved a plat adjustment, condition amendment, and phasing plan amendment (Attachment The final plat submittal deadline for Phase I of Hauser Addition Subdivision is October 31, 2009. The Phase II final plat submittal deadline is October 31, 2013. At this time, the applicant requests a phasing plan amendment extending the final plat submittal deadlines to October 31, 2014 for Phase I and to October 31, 2018 for Phase II. Staff Recommendation: 1. Staff recommends approval of the request to amend the phasing plan for Hauser Addition Subdivision as shown on the phasing plan dated September 2009.
