Action Required: Consider a request for a phasing plan amendment for Ranch Subdivision. Recommended Motion: THAT the proposed phasing plan amendment for Ranch Subdivision be approved, as shown in Attachment D, in accordance with Article 4-7(2) of the Missoula City Subdivision Regulations. Timeline: City Council’s Referral to committee: April 26, 2010 PAZ Committee Action: April 28, 2010 Action Item City Council Action: May 3, 2010 (Consent Agenda or Committee Reports) Deadline: Item does not carry a statutory deadline Background & Description of Request: This is a request to amend the Ranch Subdivision phasing plan approved on May 19, 2008 (Attachment Ranch Subdivision was approved by the Missoula City Council with 3 phases on May 19, 2008, subject to 38 conditions of approval (Attachment Several plat adjustments have been approved since then; however, the phasing plan approved on May 19, 2008, has not been amended prior to this request. The applicant requests to extend the final plat submittal deadline by 1 year for each phase, per the following table (Attachment The design of the phases will not be changed from the phasing plan approved on May 19, 2008. The requested phasing plan amendment was described in an agency comment memo provided to City Engineering, City Fire, City-County Health, and City Parks on March 29, 2010. No adverse comments were received regarding the proposal.
