Recommended Motion: THAT the City Council set a public hearing on June 14, 2010 to consider amendments to the Title 20 Missoula City Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 20.110, Section .050 “Setbacks” as shown in Attachment 2. The proposed revisions were drafted in cooperation with representatives of the Missoula Building Industry Association (MBIA).
