Timeline: Referral to committee: 1/25/10 Committee discussion: TBD Background and Alternatives Explored: City Council elected to seek peer review analysis of the 3rd & Russell Draft EIS and hired Kittelson & Associates to conduct the study during spring and summer 2009. Kittelson issued a report in 2009, which is being integrated with the other work necessary to respond to comments on the DEIS for the Final Environmental Impact Statement by the City, MDT and FHWA.
