Green Blocks Pilot Project Giving Conservation A Square Deal Conservation Side Orders Menu The City of Missoula is excited to introduce a companion project to our Green Blocks Pilot Project partnership with NorthWestern Energy. Conservation Side Orders is a package of free City programs made specifically for Green Blocks participants. Side Orders provides education and incentives to help participants realize additional energy conservation, save money, and contribute to a more sustainable neighborhood and community. To focus program efforts and identify homeowner needs, we want to hear from you. From the Side Orders menu below, please choose options that you will actively participate in or use and return to your Block Coordinator with your Household Application.
