Broadway approximately ½ mile east of the Eastgate Shopping Center from OP-3 (Public Lands and Institutional) to C1-3 (Neighborhood Commercial, Intensity Designator-3). The property is legally described as Lot 2B of Gateway Gardens No. 1 Lots 1B and 2B Subdivision in Section 23 of Township 13 North Range 19 West P.M.M.
