CITY OF MISSOULA ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS/PROPOSALS-ENGINEERING SERVICES The City of Missoula, Montana, an Equal Opportunity Government, will receive written Proposals for design, construction engineering and reporting services per the Montana Reinvestment Act, House Bill 645, Treasure State Endowment Program Grant guidelines. The project is generally described as curb and sidewalk improvements on Brooks Street between Higgins Avenue and Mount Avenue. Copies of the detailed request for Request for Proposals (RFP), including a description of the services to be provided by respondents, the minimum content of responses, and the factors to be used to evaluate the responses, can be obtained, starting October 26, 2009 by visiting www.ci.missoula.mt.us/bids, or by contacting Doug Harby, Engineering Division, 435 Ryman, Missoula, Montana 59801,(406)-552-6091.
