BID ITEM TRAFFIC CONTROL AND SIGNING" The lump sum bid item for traffic control and signing shall include the labor, equipment and materials to provide construction traffic control and signingfor this project. The traffic control shall meet all requirements setforth by the Manual ofUniform Traffic Control Devices and the City ofMissoula Standardized Construction Traffic Control Plans. Work on this project may require lane closures. The contractor shall submit a traffic control plan to the Engineer before construction. Two-way traffic must be maintained on major streets at all times. Side streets may be closed ifneeded. Item No.3 (addendum): Attached is an AMENDED BID PROPOSAL to be used by all bidders, which shall be stapled to the front ofthe Bid Proposal contained within the Contract Documents. This amended bid proposal revises Item 11 - Traffic Control and Signing Estimated Units for the base bid and for each ofthe five alternates to 1 LS. In addition, the amended bid proposal was revised to correctly reference total bid for each alternate.
