City of Missoula, Montana Item to be Referred to City Council Committee Committee: Plat, Annexation & Zoning Item: Council Appointments to the Design Review Board Date: November 5, 2010 Prepared by: Kelly Elam Initiated by: Action Required: Conduct interviews and appoint members to the Design Review Board. Recommended Motion: I move the City Council appoint and to the Design Review Board for the term commencing January 1, 2011 and ending December 31, 1013. Timeline: Referral to committee: November 8, 2010 Committee discussion: November 17, 2010 Deadline: Background: There are two positions that will be open on the Design Review Board. Matt Loomis and Ken Watson's term expires on December 31, 2010. Kent Watson chose not to reapply due to time restrictions. Application deadline closed on November 3, 2010, and we received three applications. Matt Loomis (reapply), Tyler Hanson and Cheryl Cote. The new terms begin January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2013. The changes in Title 20 eliminated the member's roles within the board.
