Timeline: Referral to committee: November 20, 2009 Committee discussion: December 2, 2009 Background and Alternatives Explored: During the October OSAC meeting, I gave members an update using maps and charts of all of the open space acquisitions and conservation easements obtained in the past 5 years in order to give members a perspective of where we have spent bond money, who have been our major partners, who has originated the request, and what types of lands we've protected.
