Recommended Motion: The committee recommends the City Council approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the MDT Construction Agreement for the LED Upgrade Project Timeline: Referral to committee: 9/13/2010 Committee discussion: 9/15/2010 Background and Alternatives Explored: Allows for contractor installation of LEDs to traffic signals within the City of Missoula at the locations listed in the agreement. Financial Implications: Project will use Surface Transportation Program Urban (STPU) Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) funds.
