City of Missoula, Montana Item to be Referred to City Council Committee Committee: Administration and Finance Committee Item: Resolution levying annual assessments for Russell and Willowwood Park Maintenance Districts Date: July 2, 2009 Prepared by: Marty Rehbein, City Clerk Initiated by: same Action Required: Adopt a resolution levying annual assessments for Russell Park West and Willowwood Park Maintenance Districts Recommended Motion: July 13: I move the City Council set a public hearing on August 3, 2009 on a resolution levying a special assessment and tax on the lots, pieces and parcels of land situated within Russell Park West Park Maintenance District #428 and Willowwood Park Maintenance District #523 of the city of Missoula, Montana, for the purpose of defraying the cost of park maintenance in these districts during the fiscal year 2010. August 3: I move the City Council adopt a resolution levying a special assessment and tax on the lots, pieces and parcels of land situated within Russell Park West Park Maintenance District #428 and Willowwood Park Maintenance District #523 of the city of Missoula, Montana, for the purpose of defraying the cost of park maintenance in these districts during the fiscal year 2010.
