Action Required: 1. Set a public hearing for July 6, 2009, for the rezoning request of property located at 2330 SW Higgins Ave from R-1 (Residential) to BN (Neighborhood Business). The property is legally described as follows: beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 12A Residence Addition, Block 13, Lot 12A &15A; thence S 89°58'09" W, 6.18 feet; thence N 00°03'05" W, 138.89 feet; thence N 89°56'48" E, 31.20 feet; thence S 00°02'08" E, 65.32 feet; thence S 89°59'25" W, 24.99 feet; thence S 00°02'08" E, 73.59 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2,493 square feet, located in the SW 1/4 of Section 27, Township 13 North, Range 19 West, P.M.M. 2. Refer the Denny’s Copy Stop rezoning to the July 1, 2009, PAZ Committee meeting as a pre-public hearing informational item.
