Twite Family Partnership related to Miller Creek Road Improvements. Recommended Motion: The committee recommends that City Council approve the Second Amended Agreement between the City of Missoula, Maloney Properties, LLC, and Lloyd A. Twite Family Partnership, related to Miller Creek Road Improvements. Timeline: Referral to committee: 3/01/10 Committee discussion: 3/03/10 Background and Alternatives Explored: This is the second amended agreement to the February 1, 2008 agreement and the December 17, 2009 amended agreement between the City of Missoula, Maloney Properties, LLC, and Lloyd A. Twite Family Partnership related to Miller Creek Road Improvements. Financial Implications: This project with be funded with a combination of subdivision transportation mitigation contributions to the Miller Creek Transportation Mitigation Funds, additional Maloney/Twite contributions and Transportation Impact Fees.
