Please submit a preliminary site plan for the condominiums/town houses to verify that the end lots have a legal access location. 2. Please have the engineer correct the previously submitted released for construction plans and resubmit three sets to our office for re-approval based on the bulb-out needing to be shifted approximately one foot to the south on Old Ranch Road.
