Improvements will consist of new curbs, sidewalks, drainage, pavement and utility reconstruction. Neighborhood gateway treatments, lighting and landscaping will be considered. This is a 2 lane cost estimate. Funding: 1) State pilot project; 2) Assessments to area property owners; 3) CTEP for landscaping and lighting; and 4) City Street Division provides in-kind labor and equipment for asphalt and drainage to meet budget (estimate of $200,000 work).
