City of Missoula, Montana Ranch Subdivision Phase 1 Final Plat Committee: No Committee Action Required Item: Ranch Subdivision, Phase 1 Final Plat Date: October 15, 2010 Prepared by: Janet Rhoades Office of Planning and Grants Initiated by: Paul Druyvestein, DJ & A, P. and Stockyard Road Investments, LLC Action Required: Consider a request to approve the final plat for Ranch Subdivision, Phase 1. Recommended Motion: THAT the final plat for Ranch Subdivision, Phase 1 be APPROVED. Timeline: Council Action: October 18, 2010 (Consent Agenda) Final Plat Submittal Deadline: May 31, 2011 Background: At its regularly scheduled meeting of May 19, 2008, the Missoula City Council approved the Ranch Subdivision, subject to thirty-eight (38) conditions of approval (Attachment On October 20, 2008, the Missoula City Council approved a minor plat adjustment request to permit the 14 duplex lots to become 28 individual lots to permit future townhouses. On August 17, 2009 the Missoula City Council approved a plat adjustment to adjust stormwater management facilities. On November 2, 2009 the Missoula City Council approved a plat adjustment to adjust lot boundaries modifying widths of the townhouse lots and amended Condition #32. On April 14, 2010 the Missoula City Council approved a settlement agreement including PUD zoning. On May 3, 2010, the Missoula City Council approved a Phasing plan amendment (Attachment Phase 1 of the Ranch Subdivision has been submitted for approval.
