ADDENDUM NO. 3 MILLER CREEK ROAD IMPROVEMENTS BRIGGS STREET TO MOCKINGBIRD WAY February 5, 2010 ADDENDUM ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum number and date on Page 00300-1 of the Bid Form. Failure to acknowledge this Addendum may be cause for rejection of the bid. The following are amendments to the contract documents and plans for Miller Creek Road Improvements – Briggs Street to Mockingbird Way Project, Missoula, MT. GENERAL PROJECT INFORMATION Gravel quantity calculation clarifications: Computation of the ¾” Minus Base and 2” Minus Sub-Base was computed for the project per the typical details to include areas beneath: Combined Concrete Curb and Gutter 9” Thickness Traversable Concrete Median Apron 4” Thickness of Asphalt Concrete Surface Course Grade B 2” Thickness of Asphalt Concrete Surface Course, Grade B The 8” Thickness of 2” Minus Crushed Sub Base Course, 9” Thickness of 2” Minus Crushed Sub Base Course, and 4” Thickness of ¾” Minus Crushed Based Course will be paid as the plan quantities listed in the Bid Form, and will not be adjusted unless a change is made to the plan line and grades. Therefore the only gravel incidental to concrete construction shall be gravel associated with the following items: 4” Thickness Concrete Sidewalk 6” Thickness Concrete Sidewalk 6” Thickness Concrete Driveway/Apron 4” Thickness Patterned Concrete Median Cap
