ORDINANCE NUMBER AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE PROPERTY LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 12A RESIDENCE ADDITION, BLOCK 13, LOT 12A &15A; THENCE S 89°58'09" W, 6.18 FEET; THENCE N 00°03'05" W, 138.89 FEET; THENCE N 89°56'48" E, 31.20 FEET; THENCE S 00°02'08" E, 65.32 FEET; THENCE S 89°59'25" W, 24.99 FEET; THENCE S 00°02'08" E, 73.59 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 2,493 SQUARE FEET, LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 13 NORTH, RANGE 19 WEST, P.M.M., FROM R-1 (RESIDENTIAL) TO BN (NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MISSOULA: THAT the above described property is hereby zoned with the classification of BN (Neighborhood Business) Severability. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The council hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase and words thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases or words have been declared invalid or unconstitutional, and if for any reason this ordinance should be declared invalid or unconstitutional, then the remaining ordinance provisions will be in full force and effect.
