NEWS ADVISORY August 19, 2009 For immediate release RUSSELL STREET DETOUR SET FOR THURSDAY Missoula drivers should avoid Russell Street between Ronan Street and North Avenue on Thursday, Aug. 20, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. while detours are in place to allow the street to be chip-sealed. Northbound traffic will travel through the area, and southbound traffic will be detoured. Also during the same period, 14th Street/Mount Avenue will be detoured between Johnson Street and Stephens Avenue. Local access to businesses and residences will remain open. Questions?
